Analysis on status quo of satisfaction of patients on nursing worker’s job and its influencing factors
Abstract：Objective:To know about the status quo of patients’satisfaction to nursing worker’s job.Methods:A total of 453 patients in 4 hospitals in Guangzhou were investigated by using the questionnaire of general infor-mation and nurse job satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The total score of patients’satisfaction to nursing worker’s job was (1.94±0.62);service quality recognition score was(2.03 ±0.75),and service skills recogni-tion score was(1.90±0.71),the service price recognition score was(2.06±0.85),the importance of job recog-nition score was(1.78±0.65),nursing worker management recognition score was(1.93±0.63);comprehensive evaluation score was(1.95 ± 0.76 ).Multiple regression analysis showed that chaperone price and chaperone type were the influencing factors on job satisfaction of nursing workers.Conclusion:The patients’satisfaction on the nurse job is at the higher level,and the worker’s work importance,service skills recognition is higher.
