Abstract：It reviewed the pain related factors of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the recent research status quo of pain management at home and in abroad.It probe into a kind of systematic and effective pain man-agement model,so as to relieve the pain level of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,and then to enhance the pa-tients’quality of life.It put forward that the many influencing factors of pain should considered in the clinic and to carry out prevention and treatment.
