Influence of behavioral change theoretical model on dialysis adequacy in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract：To observe the influence of behavioral change theoretical model on dialysis adequacy in ma-intenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 60 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients in blood puri-fication center were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine dialysis nursing,the patients in observation group received the behavioral change theoretical model on the basis of routine dialysis nursing.The dialysis adequacy of both groups was eval-uated by using clinical comprehensive index and urea clearance index.Results:There was statistically significant difference in dry weight,ultrafiltration volume,blood potassium,blood potassium,phosphorus and serum albu-min between both groups (P < 0.05 ).The urea decreased fraction (URR%)and KT/V value in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of behavioral change theoretical model can correct the cognitive bias of maintenance hemodialysis patients,promote self man-agement and the formation of good behavior habits,and so as to achieve the purpose of full dialysis.
