Influence of behavioral psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of patients with posterior circulation artery stenosis

Abstract：To probe into the influence of behavioral psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of patients with posterior circulation artery stenosis.Methods:A total of 240 patients with posterior circulation ar-tery stenosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,120 cases in each group.All pa-tients were successfully implemented Carotid artery stenting.The patients in control group used the traditional nursing model,the patients in observation group used behavioral psychological care after operation,and the nursing cycle was 6 months.The score of anxiety and depression and the differences of self efficacy,quality of life and disease cognition between both groups were compared.Results:The patients in both groups before nurs-ing intervention had obvious anxiety and depression,after nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than that before the nursing intervention(P <0.05);after nursing the scores of anxiety and depression in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). After nursing,there was statistically significant difference in the scores of symptoms management,role func-tion,emotional control,doctors communication and physiological function,overall health,energy,social function of patients between both groups(P <0.05).There were significant statistically difference in the degree of dis-ease cognition between both groups after nursing(P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The behavior psychological nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients after circulation artery stenosis implantation,en-hance the self efficacy and disease cognition degree and improve their quality of life.
