Abstract：It reviewed from the selection standard,the training time and way,training content,training check and accreditation of domestic emergency nurse specialist,analyze the problems existing in the training process, combined with foreign advanced training experience,expect to provide the preferences for the training of emer-gency nurse specialist in China.
