Influence of full exercise intervention mode guided by PDCA cycle on blood glucose, blood lipid and quality of life of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of full exercise intervention mode guided by PDCA cycle on blood glucose, blood lipid and quality of life of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)patients complicated with nonal-coholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 121 T2DM patients complicated with NAFLD were ran-domly divided into two groups.Based on the routine exercise,Patients in observation group received the follow up by using the full exercise intervention mode guided by PDCA cycle. The patients in control group were re-ceived follow up of routine exercise mode. Two groups of patients were observed on the changes of blood glu-cose,blood lipid rate and quality of life before the follow up,3 months and 6 months after follow up.Results:After 3 months of follow up,the compliance rate of fasting blood glucose (FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),three glycerol (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL C) metabolism index of patients in observation group were better than that before follow up (P<0.05).After 6 months of follow up,the observation group FPG,body mass index (BMI),2 hPG,HbA1c,total cholesterol (TC),TG,LDL C,high density lipoprotein (HDL C)metabolism index compliance rate of observation group patients were better than that of control group (P<0.05).After 6 months of follow up,the health status of patients in observation group, the total score of quality of life, physiological and psychological field, the field of social relations, and its overall field subjective score were higher than that before follow up (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The whole exercise intervention model guilded by PDCA can improve the patients’compliance rate of blood glucose and blood rate and their quality of life.
