Evaluation of application effect of Omaha problem classification system in home visit of systemic lupus erythemato-sus patients
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of Omaha problem classification system for home visit of systemic lupus erythematosus patients,in order to provide a more comfortable home management mode for SLE pa-tients.Methods:The home visit evaluation scale was established by the introduction of the Omaha system,a to-tal of 86 SLE patients were guided and evaluated on the cognition and behavior state on nutrition,medication and health care supervision in the home visit.Results:The scores of the cognition,behaviors and state of nutri-tion,medication and health care supervision in the home visit for SLE patients were enhanced with the increase of the frequency of home visit guidance,and there was statistically significant difference in the score change of the cognition,behaviors and state of all items between before and after the visit guidance(P<0.05).The most problems of 86 SLE patients in home visit for a month were changes in drug treatment programs and unreasona-ble nutrition,the incidence was respectively 26.7% and 25.6%;the followed problems were the sleep and rest pattern and poor mental health,and the incidence was respectively 20.9% and 18.6%;the least problem was difficulty breathing,and the incidence was 5 .8%.Conclusion:The home visit has influenced the SLE patients from the 4 aspects of environment,social psychology,physiology and health behaviors,it can effectively change the patients’adverse health related behaviors.
