Analysis of influence of probiotics combined with behavioral intervention on immune function of patients with irri-table bowel syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of probiotics combined with behavioral intervention on the im-mune function of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random lot-tery,60 cases in each.The patients in both groups were given the treatment plan based on probiotics.The pa-tients in control group were given conventional nursing,but the patients in treatment group were given the posi-tive behavioral interventions,and the intervention circle period was 2 months.Results:The effective rate of treat-ment group after intervention was 9 6 .7%,and that in control group was 9 5 .0%,and there was no statistically significant difference in efficient rate between both groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the CD8 + value in serum levels in both groups decreased significantly,CD4 + value increased significantly(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in serum value of CD8 + and CD4 + after the intervention between both groups (P<0.05);after the intervention,anxiety and depression scores in two groups were significantly lower than that before intervention.The anxiety and depression scores in treatment group after the intervention were muen lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physiological function,physio-logical functions,physical pain and general health scores in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics for treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome has good curative effect,and the application of behavioral intervention can improve the immunity function,relieve anxiety and depression,and then to enhance the patients’quality of life.
