Study on application of auricular pressure beans combined with electroacupuncture in pain care of patients after ab-dominal operation
Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the analgesic effect of auricular pressure beans combined with electroacupuncture in postoperative pain in patients undergoing abdominal operation.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients who had postoperative pain after undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery and in accordance with the inclusion cri-teria were randomly divided into experimental group (auricular pressure beans combined with electro acupunc-ture group)and control group (tramadol group),60 cases in each.Then to observe the first pain after anesthesia awake after operation (before intervention)and pain on 0.5th h,1st h,2nd h,4th h,8th h,12th h after interven-tion.The visual analogue scale (VAS)was used to score.Results:The pain VAS scores at all time points after intervention decreased significantly between both groups,compared with that before intervention there was sig-nificantly statistical difference (P<0.01).Pain VAS scores in segmented time points were compared between both groups after the intervention,after the intervention of 0.5 h to 4 h,kthere were no significant differences(P>0.05);after the intervention for 8 h to 12 h,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),in this time period.The pain relief in experimental group was better than that in control group.Conclusion:Auricular pres-sure beans combined with electroacupuncture has significant curative effect in postoperatine analgesia nursing of patients andergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery,and it can effectively relieve pain.
