Analysis of correlation between health related hardiness and quality of life of stroke patients after discharge

Abstract：Objective:To investigate health related hardiness and quality of life level of stroke patients 3 months latar after discharge,and to probe into the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 2 1 6 cases of stroke pa-tients were investigated by using health related hardiness scale(HRHS)and stroke specific quality of life scale (SS QOL).Results:3 months later after discharge,the total health related hardiness score of stroke patients was 117.25±10.40,control dimension score was 46.78±6.25,commitment dimension score was 24.78±5.47, challenge dimension score was 45.68±3.45;quality of life score was 144.93±46.18,and stroke patients’quality of life was positively correlated with health related hardiness(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health related hardiness is closely related to quality of life of stroke patients.During the rehabilitation nursing,the patient’s health re-late hardiness situation should be focused on,through the hardiness training to improve the quality of life.
