Abstract：Reform and practice of American higher nursing education is on the basis of the research,however, but Chinese higher nursing education is based on the learning.The fundamental differences behind the phenome-non difference were implantation and generation between both.In addition to the national strength,the higher education development and higher nursing education reform,the reasons also included the difference in philoso-phy of nursing.The development of higher nursing education needs to be paid more attention to and supported in China,at the same time to deepen the strategic measures of internationalization and localization of higher nursing education,building innovation ecosystem of talent driven,to generate the Chinese characteristics stand-ardization of nursing personnel training system as soon as possible.
