Influence of cognitive behavior and social support nursing on psychological behavior and comfort of patients with forearm flap tongue reconstruction

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of cognitive behavior and social support nursing for the forearm flap tongue reconstruction patients .Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with forearm flap tongue re‐construction were randomly divided into observation group and control group in head and neck surgical depart‐ment in our hospital from 2012 April to 2015 April .Patients in the control group were given routine nursing af‐ter surgery .Patients in the observation group received cognitive behavior and social support nursing based on routine nursing .The psychological behavior ,comfort and quality of life of all patients were compared after op‐eration between both groups .Results:The anxiety and depression scores before discharge in observation group were lower than that in control group .The comfort score in fear ,pain ,sleep disorders were lower than that in control group .The quality of life scores in physiological function ,body pain ,social function ,mental health and other aspects at 3 months after discharge in observation group were higher than that in control group .Conclu‐sion:Cognitive behavior and social support nursing can improve the adverse psychology ,increase the postopera‐tive comfort and improve the quality of life of patients with forearm flap tongue reconstruction .
