Abstract：It introduced the concept ,theoretical framework and measurement tools of self perceived burden .It summarized and analyzed stroke patients’ self perceived occurrence ,adverse effects ,related factors and the in‐sufficiency of study ,in order to provide some bases for further study .And to provide some references for clinical nursing of stroke patients’ self perceived burden .
