Bibliometric analysis of literatures on test methodology characteristics of blood samples’collection,storage and transport in China

Abstract：Objective:Through the systematic and comprehensive retrieval to analyze the scientific research and design types and methodological factors of the relevant experiments of blood samples’collection,storage and transport in China in recent years.And to know about the status and level of the research design of the pub-lished articles in our country.Methods:Systematically analysed the relevant literatures which were included in the China HowNet (CNKI),Wanfang Data knowledge platform,VIP database (VIP)and Sino Med from Janu-ary 1,2003 to December 31,2013 by using bibliometric analysis method.Results:Totally 1 257 literatures which met the conditions were selected finally,in which the literatures of experience summary and theoretical study ac-counted for 57.20%.In the 236 literatures of randomized controlled trials,that of using random sampling ac-counted for 10.17%.Explaining the random grouping method in the literatures of random grouping only ac-counted for 30.41%.Parallel control in the literatures of control accounted for 94.49%.In the aspects of sample size,blind method and baseline comparability between groups,literature of having sample size estimation only had 1 piece.There was no literature that used the blind method.Totally 1 66 (70.34%)literatures had baseline comparability between groups,most of the comparison content in the two groups were age,gender and disease etc.Conclusion:The general research method of literature is single and simple.The number of experimental re-search is not much.The methodological quality of literatures of randomized controlled trial study is poor.The nursing scientific research workers should pay attention to the rigor of research design in the future,especially in the aspects of clearing the difinition of randomized controlled trial and application of methodological factors,in order to speed up the professional development of blood samples’collection,storage and transport in our country.
