Research status quo of relationship between psychological capital and interpersonal factors

Abstract：The psychological capital is the important content of positive psychology.It summarized the presen-ting,concept,structure,antecedent variables and outcome variables of psychological capital.And it introduced the research status quo of the relationship between psychological capital and interpersonal factors on that basis. These interpersonal factors included the attachment,family function,relationship between teachers and students.Its relationship with the psychological capital was showed mainly through the fractal dimension of psychological capital.
