Abstract：It reviewed the status quo of safety of early activity in patients of mechanical ventilation.The influ-ence of early activity on prognosis of patients with mechanical ventilation was mainly in the aspect of myody-namia,functional activity and quality of life.It put forward that early physical therapy and activity were feasible and safe.However,it was not sure whether the quality of life and strength of patients were improved.
