Study on effect of quantified appraisal management in ICU in department of neurology
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the effect of quantified appraisal management in ICU in department of neu-rology.Methods:Based on monthly excellent nursing group selection table,the quantified appraisal was imple-mented for nursing personnel in ICU in department of neurology and to compare the quarterly quality examina-tion results in nursing department and satisfaction survey results of doctors,nurses and patients between before implementation (fourth quarter 2013)and after implementation (first quarter 2014),then to analyze the effect of quantified appraisal management.Results:After the implementation of quantified appraisal management,the score of quarterly quality examination in nursing department and satisfaction survey score of doctors,nurses and patients were improved.Conclusion:The implementation of quantified appraisal management can effectively im-prove the nursing quality and the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients.
