Study on application effect of micro teaching in surgical nursing practice teaching

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of micro teaching in surgical nursing practice teaching. Methods:The students were selected from secondary vocational nursing specialty of four year system in grade 2011 as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group (102 cases)and observation group (104 cases).The students in control group received the surgical nursing practice teaching with the tradi-tional teaching method,while the micro teaching were introduced in the students in observation group,and then to compare the differences of practice skills score and the scores of teaching effect and teachers’teaching skill of the students between both groups.Results:The students'practical skills score and teaching effect score in obser-vation group were all higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was statistically significant difference in evaluation on eight teaching skills of teachers including introduction, questioning,explaining,teachinglanguage,change,organization,strengthening and end between both groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:The micro teaching can effectively stimulate the students’subj ective initiative,improve the teaching skills of teachers,optimize the teaching regulation and improve the teaching effect.
