Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of community collective motion exercise on prognosis of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes .Methods:A total of 110 elderly community patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .According to the random sampling principle ,the patients in control group received conventional treatment and daily care ,besides that the community collective motion exercise was added in patients in treatment group ,and the intervention cycles were lasting for three months .Results:The effective rate in treatment group and control group was 98 .2% and 87 .3% respectively , and the effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0 .05) .The fast‐ing blood glucose value in both groups after the intervention showed downward trend(P<0 .05) ,and the fasting blood glucose value after intervention in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0 .05) .After the intervention ,the physical condition ,doctor relationship ,emotional status and functional status scores in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0 .05) .There was not statisti‐cally significant difference in lung capacity ,grip strength ,single Adachi time in both groups before the interven‐tion ,and the lung capacity ,grip strength ,single Adachi time after the intervention in treatment group were sig‐nificantly higher(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Community collective motion exercise can reduce blood sugar in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and promote the improvement of prognosis ,improve the overall physical fitness and quality of life of patients .
