Influence of relaxation training and psychological care on again ectopic pregnancy patients after tubal pregnancy conservative treatment

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of relaxation training and psychological care on again ectopic pregnancy patients after tubal pregnancy conservative treatment .Methods:A total of 70 cases of again ectopic pregnancy patients after tubal pregnancy conservative treatment were divided into observation group and control group ,by using random number table 35 cases in each .Patients in both groups received laparoscopic operation and routine nursing .On the basis of it ,patients in observation group received relaxation training and psychologi‐cal care .Results:The effective rate in observation group was 97 .1% ,80 .0% in control group .The effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0 .05) .The incidences of adverse reactions in‐clnding anorexia ,nausea ,vomiting and diarrhea in observation group were significantly lower than that in con‐trol group(P<0 .05) .There were no statistically significant differences in anxiety score between both groups before intervention .After intervention the anrieity score was significantly decreased(P<0 .05) .After interven‐tion the anxiety score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0 .05) .The subjective support ,objective support and the utilization of support score in observation group were higher than that of control group(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:The positive relaxation training and psychological care can effec‐tively relieve anxiety of again ectopic pregnancy patients after tubal pregnancy conservative treatment ,and im‐prove prognosis and social support degree .
