Influence of family community hospital system nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with craniocere-bral injury syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of family community hospital system nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury syndrome .Methods:A total of 200 patients with cranio‐cerebral injury syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,100 cases in each group .The patients in control group received the routine therapy and nursing care following the doctor’s advice when they were in hospital .When leaving the hospital ,they didn’t take other special treatment or nursing ex‐cept some regular investigation ;the patients in observation group received family community hospital system nursing intervention ,after nursing intervention for 3 12 months ,average 9 .02 months to follow up .The clini‐cal observation index ,clinical efficacy and patients’ satisfaction were compared between both groups .Results:There was statistically significant difference in clinical observation index ,clinical efficacy and patients’ satisfac‐tion between both groups(P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion:The implementation of family community hos‐pital system nursing intervention can effectively relieve the symptoms in patients with craniocerebral injury syn‐drome and improve the quality of life and the satisfaction of patients .
