Status quo of gloves use compliance of clinical nurses and its influencing factors

Abstract：Objective:To know about the status quo of gloves use compliance of clinical nurses,and analyze the related influencing factors,so as to provide certain references for improving the clinical nurses’gloves use com-pliance.Methods:A total of 1 18 clinical registered nurses received survey by using the general information ques-tionnaire,the gloves use behavior compliance questionnaire and the health belief of gloves use questionnaire.Re-sults:The score of nurses’gloves use compliance questionnaire was 43.74 ± 5.62,the score of health belief of gloves use questionnaire was 67.92 ±5.31.The age and positional title were the influencing factors of nurses' gloves use compliance.The analysis found that there was the correlation between behavioral barriers items and behavioral cues items and of gloves usage compilance by using health belief model(P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nurses’gloves use compliance is lower,that should cause the relevant departments and hospitals'atten-tion.It should guarantee nurses’occupation safety,at the same time to ensure the control of hospital infection.
