Abstract：From specialist nurses,the core competence of specialist nurses and role function of specialist nurses starting,it concretely introduced the development status quo of the core competence of specialist nurses in oper-ating room at home and in abroad and the enlightenment to our country,in order to promote the development of the core competence of the specialist nurses in operating rooms.
