Research status quo of quality of life scale of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Abstract：It introduced the assessment scale of quality of life of patients with psoriasis :generic scale ,skin dis‐ease scale and psoriasis specific scale .Generic scale can reflect the general quality of life of patients with psoria‐sis ,but the change sensitivity after intervention is not good enough ;psoriasis scale may reflect the special prob‐lems in the quality of life of patients with psoriasis ,but it can’t compare with other diseases ;skin disease special measuring tool can reflect the differences between skin disease and other systemic diseases ,it not only can be used for comparison of influence of different skin diseases ,but also can measure the changes of a skin disease be‐fore and after the intervention ,but its specificity and sensitivity for psoriasis is not strong enough .The three scales have their characteristics and their limitations .In order to objectively evaluate the quality of life of pa‐tients with psoriasis ,three kinds of scale are often recommended for usage in combination .
