Abstract：Absract Objective:To know about the influence factors of carrying out scientific research activities of nursing staff by using qualitative study and to explore new data analyzing method of qualitative study.Methods:To se-lected 10 nursing staff,in depth interviewed influencing factors of nursing staff of scientific research activities. The data analysis process using the method of KJ induced topic.Results:Three factors affected nursing scientific research:individual factor including lack of knowledge and motivation,factors of scientific cooperation,and fac-tor of management.Conclusion:Many factors affect nursing scientific research.To support nursing scientific re-search should underlie subjective support and objective conditions.It has intuitive and strongly operative charac-teristics by using KJ method to generalize subjects in the qualitative study.
