Influence of QCC activities for reducing incidence of single prescription processing defects

Abstract：Objective:Applying the quality control circle activities to reduce the incidence of single prescription processing defects and promote medication safety.Methods:The plan,implementation,confirmation and disposal were carried out according to quality control circle theory steps,then to analyze the true reasons that led to a single prescription processing defects and probe into the countermeasures and implementation,and conduct effect evaluation.Results:The rate of single prescription processing defeats decreased from 0.025% before the activity to 0.005% after the activity,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:QCC can effectively promote the comprehensive quality of nurses,reduce defect rate of single prescription processing,en-sure the safety of nursing care.
