Research of status quo and influence factors of professional commitment in nursing undergraduates
Abstract：Objective:To understand the status quo and influening factors of professional commitment in nursing undergraduates,and probe into the methods of stabilizing students’career thinking,improving the teaching quality and forming a positive professional attitude.Methods:A total of 555 nursing undergraduates were inves-tigated by using college students professional commitment questionnaire.Results:The total score of nursing un-dergraduates’professional commitment was 93.21±12.61.There were statistically significant difference in pro-fessional commitment score among students with different grades,learning attitudes and learning achievement (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:The level of nursing undergraduates ’professional commitment was moderate.The students professional commitment score was different among students with different grades,learning attitudes and learning achievement were different,and should be intervened effectively based on different factors and di-mensions.
