Probe into practice of refining of orthopedics classification nursing based on ADL score

Abstract：Objective:To further deepen the connotation of quality nursing care,improve the satisfaction rate on both sides of patient and nurse in department of orthopedics.Methods:Patients in department of orthopedics in 2013 January December were as the observation group,with forms of medical cooperation,based on daily life activities ability of patients(ADL),using the Barthel index score,based on the score value and the illness refine-ment of grading nursing level,and refining basic nursing project,and basic nursing execution and execution time of different grades patient care,and formulates quality inspection standards,and the quantity,the quality of basic nursing nurse joined hook with nursing quality special incentive fund;patients in Department of orthopedics in 2012 the same period admitted as the control group,Follow the doctor’s advice,according to the conventional implementation of grading nursing.Results:Compare the qualified rate of two groups of basic nursing,satisfac-tion of patients and their families,satisfaction of nurses,occurrence rate of nursing adverse events,the differ-ence have statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:The medical cooperation based on the illness and ADL score refinement of department of orthopedics grading nursing level and implementation of basic nursing,can further in depth,lasting,solidly to promote the quality of nursing work.
