Application of fast track surgery concept in nursing care of patients with gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy
Abstract：Objective:To probe into application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)integrative medicine nursing measures in radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 79 cases gastric cancer patients undergoing radical operation were randomly divided into FTS group and control group,patients in FTS group received fast track surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention,the patients control group were given conventional nursing measures,the nursing effect was compared between both groups.Re-sults:There was statistally significant difference in postoperative exhaust time for the first time,the first defeca-tion time,postoperative hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms between both groups(P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Application of fast track surgery of integrative medicine nursing measures after radical gastrectomy can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function of pa-tients,shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce hospitalization expenses.
