Application research on comprehensive nursing intervention in Yunke therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis receiving Yunke therapy.Methods:A total of 200 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients u-sing Yunke therapy from 201 1 May to 2014 May were divided into observation group (102 cases)and control group (98 cases).The patients in observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention and patients in control group were given general nursing intervention.After the intervention,the patients were followed up for 1 months to 3 months according to the progress of the disease of patients,then to compare pain,fatigue,anxie-ty,depression and quality of life between two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results:There was statistically significant difference in pain,fatigue,VAS,anxiety,depression scores,concise Health Question-naire (SF 36)score in observation group between before and after the intervention(P <0.05).There was sta-tistically significant difference in pain score,anxiety score and physical function,mental health,general health in control group between before and after the intervention(P <0.05).There was statistically significant difference in pain,fatigue,visual analogue scale (VAS),anxiety,depression scores,concise Health Questionnaire (SF 36) score in two group between before and after the intervention (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis receiving Yunke therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
