Abstract：Objective:To develop a comprehensive risk assessment form of deep venous thrombosis (DVT)in lower extremity in surgical patients after operation,so as to more accurately predict the postoperative DVT high risk patients and early to prevent.Methods:The scale refered to evaluation form currently being used and com-bined to the preparation of domestic and foreign literatures,the final evaluation form was developed through re-viewing and demonstrating by experts.Results:Preoperative venous thrombosis risk assessment was carried out for surgical patients,and appropriate preventive measures can be taken based on the assessment results.Conclu-sion:Risk assessment form of deep venous thrombosis was scientific,comprehensive and had strong operability.
