Survey of cognition status quo of nurses on pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge in general hospitals
Abstract：Objective:To know about the status quo of protection knowledge of nurses in a three grade A compre-hensive hospital on pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A toatol of 1 5 3 nurses in a three grade A comprehensive hospital in Hengyang city were investigated by using pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge question-naire,and to analyze the pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge level of nurses and its influencing fac-tors.Results:The total score of tuberculosis protection knowledge in a total of 153 nurses was (17.74±2.69), and the correct answer rate was 69.84%;transmission route had the highest score (5.27±1.06),drug control had the lowest score (3.46±1.05).Nurses with high titles,high positions,highly educated,long care age and to participating in system atic and overall tuberculosis protection knowledge training scored higher.Conclusion:The pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge of nurses in general hospitals was in the middle level.The hospital should strengthen the pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge training for nurses with low seni-ority and low eduction background.
