Study on correlation between nurses’organizational trust and j ob performance

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses’organizational trust and work performance and the correlation between them,to provide references for making interventions for improving the performance of nur-ses.Methods:A total of 560 clinical nurses in three comprehensive hospitals were investigated by using question-naire survey.Results:The nurses’organizational trust score was (3.69±0.58),the performance score was(4.11± 0.58);all dimensions of nurses’organizational trust were positively correlated with job performance(P<0.05 or P<0.01);colleagues trust dimension and titles in nurses’organizational trust were the main factors affecting nurses’j ob performance.Conclusion:The nursing managers should strengthen construction of nurses organiza-tional trust,improve nurses’working enthusiasm constantly,thus to improve the nurses’job performance.
