Abstract：It introduced the definition of job satisfaction,the status quo of community nurses’job satisfaction and measurement tools of community nurses’job satisfaction and the influencing factors in China.It put for-ward that is based on national policy to establish a fair,reasonable,fair and competitive salary system and wel-fare benefits,in order to improve the community nurses’job satisfaction.
