Abstract：It reviewed the research progress on hand contamination of medical personnel and their surface con-tamination of high touch surfaces from the status quo and the harm of hospital infection,the relations between hands and hospital environmental contamination and hospital infection,and the status quo of hand and hospital environmental contamination as well as effect of nursing workers in the hospital infection controlling.It promp-ted that hospital infection has become a global public health problem,and the hand contamination of medical personnel and the environment is contamination one of the important risk factors of hospital infection,the hand contamination and their high touch surface pollution of medical personnel should be prevented and controlled,so as to provide advice and thoughts for infection controlling for nursing management.
