Abstract：It summarized the application and effect of domestic and foreign cognitive behavior therapy in com-mon somatic symptoms (pain,fatigue,nausea and vomiting)and psychological symptoms (anxiety,depression) of cancer patients.It pointed out the existing problems and faced challenges in current researches and put for-ward the corresponding suggestions,in order to further popularize the application of cognitive behavior therapy in clinical cancer patients.
