Research progress on influencing factors of self care capacity of patients with diabetes

Abstract：It introduced the self care needs and self care level of diabet-ic patients.The social and demographic factors,disease and treatment fac-tors,social and psychological factors were the influencing factors of self care ability of patients;it put forward that the nursing staff should assess the patients correctly and formulate the personalized nursing plan,so as to provide help and guidance,reduce the self care barriers,enhance patient self care level and improve the quality of life.
