Abstract：It reviewed the status quo and influencing factors of partner notification in HIV infection and AIDS patients in combination with rele-vant literatures in abroad and at home.The main influencing factors in-cluded individual factors,environmental factors and medical and health services factors.It provided references for further carrying out the AIDS prevention work.
