Abstract：It introduced the classification of pulmonary hypertension, the concept of health related quality of life (HRQOL),HRQOL as-sessment tools of pulmonary hypertension patients.It reviewed the in-fluencing factors of pulmonary hypertension patient health related quality of life from aspects of symptoms experienced,activity endur-ance levels,quality of sleep,psychological factors,social support and the affect of treatment.It suggested that we should introduce the for-eign specificity scales or develop the disease specific scales suited to China’s national conditions,so as to probe into the quality of life and its influencing factors of pulmonary hypertension patients,in order to provide basis for clinical medical staff carrying out targeted interven-tion measures and health promotion.
