Research progress on post training of nursing managers

Abstract：It analyzed the status quo of domestic and foreign nursing managers post training.It put forward that there were many problems in nursing management training in China such as uneven qualification,lack of targeted training content,single mode,varying lengths of training time,lack of needs assessment before the training,lack of unified exam after training and lacking of reserve talent supply.It suggested that the relevant department should think highly of the post training of nursing managers,establish systematic,hierarchical,regular,institutionalized, standardized and long term nursing managers training system which was on demand and had flexible form,effective assessment and sufficient tal-ent reserve,and so as to fundamentally improve the level of nursing man-agement of nursing managers.
