Evaluation on effects of applying CNP in functional rehabilitation of patients after knee joint replacement
Abstract:Obj ective:To probe into the effect of applying clinical nursing path management in functional rehabilitation of patients after knee j oint replacement.Methods:A total of 74 cases accepted knee joint replacement from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and were divided into ob-servation group and control group randomly 37 cases each.Patients in con-trol group were given routine postoperative nursing of orthopedics depart-ment.Patients in observation group received clinical nursing path manage-ment.Then knee joint HSS score,daily living ability,patient satisfaction, hospital stay and hospitalization cost of two groups at different postopera-tive time points were compared.Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of knee joint HSS scores and daily living ability score between the two groups at different postoperative time points(P<0.01). There were statistical significant differences in terms of patient satisfaction scores,cost of hospitalization and hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:To carry out clinical nursing path manage-ment can effectively improve knee joint function,improve patient’s daily living ability and satisfaction of patients,reduce medical costs,shorten hos-pitalization time,and promote their physical rehabilitation.
