Status quo of clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage technique and prevention of blocking up

Abstract：It introduced indications of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)tech-nique,existing problems in applying the VSD,and ways to prevent tube blocking up.Based on the specific circumstances and facilities of hospitals and learning from mature experiences of at home and abroad,it was thought that nurses should improve VSD nursing defects continuously, prevent and handle tube blocking up actively,and ensure drainage effect.
