Abstract：It introduced the definition,content,implementation steps of process management,and application of process management in nursing quality management.It is considered that process management applica-tion can not only reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing,but also improve the efficiency of care and patients'satisfaction.It can im-prove the quality of care,nursing managementievel,and service quality of hospitals.
