Analysis of medication incompl iance and influencing factors of elderly patients with hypertension in Nanning city
Abstract：Obj ective:To understand the factors of Nanning community eld-erly hypertensive patients to take medicine on time and its influencing fac-tors to provide the basis for the development of community elderly home care for patients with chronic disease and intervention.Method:Using a self designed questionnaire,Morisky scale and not taking medicine on time scale,550 elderly hypertensive patients were vsurveyed.And collec-ting basic demographic information,compliance,compliance rate.Results:The medication compliance in elderly hypertensive patients in community is 36.9%.Compliance rate was 40.2%.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that age,living conditions,economic conditions,the frequency of administration,measuring frequency are the main factors influencing medi-cation not on time.Conclusion:The compliance of Nanning city community elderly patients with hypertension and compliance rate is low.Community health service workers should according to the reasons given timely targe-ted community elderly hypertension patients at home medication interven-tion,to make the home medication nursing effectively,and to improve the medicine rate.
