Abstract：It reviewed the application and nursing care of postopera-tive enteral immunonutrition support from the action mechanism of common immune supplements and immune nutrients and clinical nu-trition support care.And it put forward whether there is difference between enteral immunonutrition care and ordinary enteral nutrition care or not.And this kind of research has not be found yet.It need to be confirmed by more rigorous RCT studies.
