Abstract：The stoma patients have the physical,psychological and social aspects of adaptation problems in general.Early reasonable intervention of health guidance is the key to promote their return to the society as soon as possible.This study reviewed the concept,specific application methods and quality control strategies of peer education model,so as to provide reference for stoma patients developing targeted health guidance mode.
