Status quo of appl ication of nursing hierarchical management and its developing countermeasures
Abstract：It discussed the connotation of nursing hierarchical management, the status quo of domestic and international level division and its application effect.It summarized the existing problems in the application and put for-ward the modified measures for improving the nursing hierarchical manage-ment:such as according to the development of our existing hierarchy to make reasonable hierarchical framework and basis;increasing the rest time and sal-ary for nurses;developing standardized training standards for all levels of nurse,so as to provide patients a full range of quality care services for patients further.
