Influence of integrated psychological treatment on psychological health status and neuropeptide of patients with chronic eczema
Abstract:Obj ective:To probe into the effect of integrated psychological treatment on psychological health status and neuropeptide of the patients with chronic eczema.Methods:A total of 5 2 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,25 ca-ses in intervention group,while 27 cases in control group.The patients in intervention group received integrated psychological treatment,and the patients in control group only received telephone follow up,once in 2 weeks,then to urge the patients regular medication and regular follow up.Before and after the intervention,the SCL 90 score and the levels of serum neuropeptides were compared between two groups.Results:Before the integrated psychological treatment,there was statistically significant difference in factors scores including total SCL 90 score,somatization, interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,paranoia,psychoticism scores in the eczema patients compared with the norm(P<0.01);total SCL 90 score,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxie-ty,paranoia,mental disease scores in patients with eczema were correla-ted with serum SP and VIP levels(P<0.05);while after the integrated psychological treatment,the total score of SCL 90,the scores of somati-zation,depression,anxiety,psychoticism and additional factors of inter-vention group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum SP and VIP were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Integrated psychological treatment based on the pharmacotherapy could effectively improve the chronic eczema patients’mental health status,and to promote their men-tal health,reduce the symptoms of the disease and promote the disease rehabilitation.
