Research progress on root cause analysis used in nursing safety management

Abstract：It introduced the connotation,significance and implementation steps of root cause analysis,and its application results in nursing safety management and its limitations.It answered three basic questions inclu-ding event occurrence,why it happened and what measures can be taken to prevent its recurrence,so as to provide reference for nursing manag-ers.
