Influence of attribution training on self learning ability of nursing students
Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into influence of attribution training on self learning ability and general efficacy of nursing students.Methods:A total of 53 nursing undergraduates in 2013 grade received attribution training, and they were evaluated by using self learning ability evaluation scale and general self efficacy scale before and after training.Results:There was statistically significant difference in self management ability,information a-bility,learning cooperation ability,self learning ability learning score and general self efficacy score of nursing students before and after training (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Attribution training can enhance the nurs-ing students’general self efficacy and improve the self learning ability of nursing students.
